Payment Information - Now Accepting Personal Checks! - We accept Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders made payable to RKSport. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We are now proud to accept your personal checks with no waiting period. For your protection, we do not accept cash through the mail. Credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address listed with the bank that issued the credit card. Please call for Wire Transfer information. $25.00 fee charged for all returned checks.
Shipping - All items will be shipped UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. UPS requires a physical street address; they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. All freight charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that all freight charges quoted are for UPS Ground Service on the price list. We will be happy to quote you charges for other shipping methods.
Third Party Shipping - In an effort to protect our customers from the hazards and expense of increasing credit card fraud, no orders will be shipped to a third party address unless the address is registered with the bank from which the credit card is issued.
Warranties - All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchases will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts. RKSport and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims apply to parts only.
Returns - Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call. RKSport will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment.
Oversized (OS) Items - All items that are considered “oversized” are items that can be shipped via UPS, but at an oversized rate, indicating a minimum fee of a 30 lb. package. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department for shipping quotes on all “OS” items.
Damage Claims - Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify UPS so that the necessary steps can be taken to insure prompt replacement of any damaged goods. Notify RKSport’s Customer Service Department for instructions on returning damaged goods. RKSport is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after three (3) days of receipt of delivery.
Shortages - Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received. If you are missing any items please check to see if they have been back ordered on the invoice before calling the Customer Service Department. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department within three (3) days of delivery to insure a prompt replacement. RKSport assumes no liability after this point.
Foreign Orders - All foreign orders must be prepaid before shipment can be sent. Due to the constant fluctuation of currency rates and depending on the items being ordered, your freight fees will vary. It is important that you contact RKSport for shipping quotes.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico - All orders shipped 2nd Day Air. All orders must be prepaid with credit card, money order, or cashiers check. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted. UPS rates depend on the items being ordered. Contact RKSport for shipping quotes.
Sales Tax - All orders outside California are exempt from sales tax. California residents are required to add the appropriate sales tax to all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. The current rate is 7.50%.

Core Exchange - All Core Charges are refunded 100% once cores are received in good working condition by RKSport. CAMARO CHROME WHEEL EXCHANGE EXAMPLE: $600.00 charge for chrome wheels + $500.00 Core Charge = $1100.00 + Shipping, and we ship you the chrome wheels. Once we receive your stock wheels in good condition, we refund you the $500.00 Core Charge. Your total cost for chrome wheels is $600.00 plus Shipping.
