SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

SHIPPING:

We ship the small parcel via FedEx. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be calculated after your order is submitted. Tracking will be provided via e-mail when your order ships.

Large products such as full bumpers, fenders, bedsides, and hoods are delivered freight. An appointment may be set up by the freight company for residential deliveries. Please note: If you are unable to be present for delivery, authorizing the shipping company to complete the delivery of goods without a signature will release RK Sport and the shipping company from any damage or theft arising from the unattended goods.

**Please inspect your delivery for any damages to your order. If the box is not physically damaged, accept the freight and inspect the product. Open your package and inspect for any concealed damages at the time of delivery with the shipper present. If it is concealed damage, please notify us within five days of receipt or the claim will get denied by the freight company.  If your package arrives torn or damaged, take pictures and inspect the product. If your product is delivered damaged, refuse the delivery and make notes on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately. Authorizing the shipping company to deliver the package without a signature releases RK Sport and the shipping company from any damage or theft arising from the unattended goods.

Returns:

We will gladly accept your return of a new or unused product within 30 days of purchase. Shipping a return is the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, you are responsible for ensuring the product is properly packaged to avoid damage upon return. If you placed an order from one of our authorized dealers, please contact them first, we do not have access or authorization to their order systems and cannot approve any refunds or RMAs without their acknowledgment. All refunds and RMA requests must be made through the company from which you purchased. Refunds credited on returned or unwanted items will be solely on the product, you will not receive a return on your original freight.

If you placed your order on our website, please have your Sales Order number for reference. Returns and RMAs will not be accepted on painted or wrapped products. Any modifications made to the product prior to test fit will void a return and/or warranty.

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No exceptions.


Warranty:

All RK Sport products are under a 1-year warranty. We guarantee proper fitment. Pre-fit prior to paint and installation. We always recommend professional installation. Please inspect your product for any defects or missing items and contact your dealer to issue an RMA. If you received our product with any blemishes or defective areas, please contact your vendor immediately and provide pictures of defective areas. Be sure to include detailed pictures noting areas of concern. If we require the product be sent back to us for further inspection, please send it back in the original packaging to prevent any damages in freight. As a courtesy, we may pick up the product at no additional cost to the customer until we conclude our warranty inspection. A partial refund will be credited on the product if the item is found not defective. Warranty is void if the product is sent back damaged. Any damages to the product during installation is the responsibility of the buyer.
